  1. Do you know who I could speak to about original art from TMNT Vol. 1 #21 from the 80s? You pencilled it.

  3. Jim, where do you get time to work on commissions? (and furthermore, do you think you'll be doing any in the future?)

  4. It varies when I work on the commissions. When I'm here at the studio, my priority has always been the comic books. If for example, I got 2 pages of comic art done in a certain day, and had a little time left over, I'd maybe use that to work on a commission. Lately, I've been more lenient with my time, and if I had a commission drawing that I've wanted to work on, I'd just do it.
I also sometimes bring them home to work on.
I suppose I'll continue to do them for as long as people want them. After the beginning of the new year I'm not sure though, how much I'll continue to be here in the studio.

  5. I would be interested in talking about one, but I don't want inconvenience. I love your art and your work, so perhaps if you happen to have a slot free here or there at some point, how would I go about putting a commission?

  7. All you have to do to get in line for a commission is to email me at- jmlawsn@aol.com. Tell me what you want and I can give you a price- I'm busy right now, with 3 commissions in line and all being rather involved, so it might take me a while but that's how to do it.

  8. Jim,
I think your commissions will be in demand as long as there are true Turtles fans out there. Keep up the good work!
